White lake is built around a crystal clear 280 Acre motorboat lake reaching close to 90 feet in depth. This lake is also stocked annually with both Brown trout and lake trout. Other species of fish are also present such as the smallmouth bass, pickerel, and panfish.
Lakefront homes here tend to range in price from $250,000 to $1m while homes slightly off the lake (but still with a lake view) could be offered as low as $130,000. Most homes around this lake have smaller lots averaging a quarter acre and the majority of properties are attached to community water and septic system. White Lake is also unique in that it is made up of several smaller communities and lakefront condos. Some homes are not even a part of these.
